If you would like to modify or change your order, please contact us on: 01406 420002 and we will be happy to help.
Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or for more bulky items will be sent via FedEx where a signature is required upon delivery – a tracker number will be given if requested where you will be able to track your order.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your order for a full refund, providing we have been notified. You can contact us by email, telephone or writing quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid back into your account within 30 days. All goods returned back to us at Quad Spares at your own cost. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
