Making A Purchase

Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Before placing an order via our shop, if you are unsure or need any further information please contact via email or telephone, where we will be happy to help you. When you shop on our website, please enter all the personal information which is required by the customer to be correct. We promise to treat all your personal information as confidential.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or for more bulky items will be sent via FedEx where a signature is required upon delivery – a tracker number will be given if requested. If any items have been ordered incorrectly, we are happy to send you the correct part providing that an arrangement has been made between both parties, we do not charge any extra re-stocking fee, but are unable to refund any postage costs.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If you are unhappy with your product that you purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 28 days to return an item purchased via our website, providing we have been notified. You can contact us by email, telephone or writing quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid back into your account within 30 days. All goods returned to us at Quad Spares at your own cost. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the item. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in sale able condition and unused.
