Welcome to Quad Spares. Since opening our doors in 2006, we have grown from strength to strength. Based in Moulton, Lincolnshire, we’ve built our reputation on deep-rooted mechanical knowledge and a genuine passion for the ride.

The Road-Legal Specialists – We make getting on the road effortless. As specialists in TGB and Segway, we offer a unique same-day registration service for all road-legal quad bikes. To make your new machine truly yours, you can even choose your own number plate on-site. We believe in value and transparency, which is why all our road-legal quads come with:

By sourcing genuine components, we can guarantee two-day delivery within the UK (subject to stock availability). For all your TGB and Segway spare part requirements, we provide the quality you expect with the speed you need.

Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Before placing an order via our shop, if you are unsure or need any further information please contact via email or telephone, where we will be happy to help you. When you shop on our website, please enter all the personal information which is required by the customer to be correct. We promise to treat all your personal information as confidential.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or for more bulky items will be sent via FedEx where a signature is required upon delivery – a tracker number will be given if requested. If any items have been ordered incorrectly, we are happy to send you the correct part providing that an arrangement has been made between both parties, we do not charge any extra re-stocking fee, but are unable to refund any postage costs.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
If you are unhappy with your product that you purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 28 days to return an item purchased via our website, providing we have been notified. You can contact us by email, telephone or writing quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid back into your account within 30 days. All goods returned to us at Quad Spares at your own cost. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the item. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in sale able condition and unused.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
