The 10TEN JHL TLX300 full-size dirt bike is the ultimate high-performance model in the new JHL range, bringing maximum race-ready power via an upgraded 300cc engine, a heavy-duty manual gearbox, and a rugged full-size chassis setup.

10TEN JHL TLX300 21/18 Enduro Bike

The 10Ten JHL TLX300 Dirt Bike sits at the very top end of the new 10TEN JHL range. Built around a 300-class two-stroke, water-cooled engine producing a claimed 48 hp, the TLX300 combines Bosch EFI, a six-speed gearbox, full-size 21/18 wheels and highly adjustable suspension in a package aimed squarely at serious off-road riding.

Where the LX250R is focused towards motocross, the TLX300 takes a more enduro-style approach, combining strong two-stroke performance with an 18-inch rear wheel, larger 9-litre fuel tank, LED lighting, hand guards and practical protection for longer and more technical off-road riding.

48 HP Two-Stroke Performance
At the heart of the TLX300 is the water-cooled MT300 two-stroke engine, producing a claimed maximum of 48 hp and paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. Fuelling is handled by Bosch electronic fuel injection, moving away from the conventional carburettor setup found on several of the other 10TEN JHL models. Both electric and kick start are specified, giving the rider push-button starting with a mechanical backup. A large 9 litre fuel tank gives the TLX300 greater capacity than the motocross-focused LX250R, while an LCD speedometer and hourmeter provide useful riding and maintenance information.

Full-Size Enduro Chassis
With a 1500mm wheelbase, 960mm seat height and overall dimensions of 2170 × 830 × 1290mm, the TLX300 is a full-size off-road machine. It runs the classic enduro combination of a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel, fitted with CORDIAL 90/100-21 front and 140/80-18 rear tyres. The wider rear tyre gives the MT300 a noticeably different setup from the other full-size bikes in the range. The wheels use GLM rims with CNC aluminium hubs and wheel locks, while an aluminium alloy rear swingarm helps keep the chassis specification suitably high.

Fully Adjustable Suspension
The TLX300 gets a substantial 54/60mm inverted front fork, measuring 950mm and using a dual-chamber adjustable design. At the rear is a triple-adjustable shock, working through a CNC aluminium alloy linkage system. This gives the rider scope to fine-tune the suspension setup to suit different terrain and riding conditions.

Built for Technical Off-Road Riding
The TLX300 has a number of details that reinforce its enduro positioning. A plastic engine bottom protector provides additional protection underneath the motor, while the radiator is protected by a CNC aluminium cover. Hand guards are also fitted, along with a front brake disc protector. The cockpit uses a Series 7 aluminium alloy handlebar with a black CNC aluminium steering stem. CNC footpegs provide the rider’s platform, while the rear brake pedal, gear lever and side stand are all aluminium alloy. Power reaches the rear wheel through a 520 oil-seal chain, running a 13-tooth steel front and 50-tooth aluminium rear sprocket. Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes with GG-grade pads handle the stopping power.

Finished with a black frame, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, LED headlight and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the TLX300 is the performance enduro machine of the new range – combining the character and power of a two-stroke with Bosch EFI and a chassis built for full-size off-road riding.

10TEN JHL LX250R 21/19 Motorcross Bike

The 10Ten JHL LX250R Dirt Bike is the motocross-focused machine in the new 10TEN JHL line-up. Built around a full-size chassis and equipped with a 42 hp YK250 engine, Bosch EFI, KYB adjustable suspension, DID wheels and a 21/19 motocross wheel combination, the LX250R takes a noticeably different direction from the trail-focused models in the range.

While bikes such as the LX300 combine off-road performance with more general-purpose equipment, the LX250R strips things back and puts the emphasis on performance, suspension, weight-conscious components and motocross riding.

At the heart of the bike is the YK250 engine, producing a claimed maximum of 42 hp and driving through a five-speed manual gearbox. Rather than a conventional carburettor, fuelling is handled by a Bosch electronic fuel injection system, giving the LX250R a more sophisticated engine management setup than the carburetted models in the range.

Full-Size Motocross Chassis
With a 1500mm wheelbase, 960mm seat height and 2170 × 830 × 1290mm overall dimensions, the LX250R is a full-size machine. Its motocross focus is immediately apparent in the wheel setup. Rather than the 21/18 combination found on the LX300, the LX250R uses the familiar 21-inch front and 19-inch rear motocross combination. The bike runs genuine DID aluminium rims with CNC aluminium hubs, wheel locks and Pneumax 90/100-21 front and 100/90-19 rear tyres.

KYB Adjustable Suspension
One of the standout features of the LX250R is its KYB adjustable suspension. The suspension can be tuned to better suit the rider, track and riding conditions, while the rear works through a CNC-machined aluminium alloy linkage system and an aluminium alloy welded swingarm. Combined with the full-size 21/19 wheel setup, this gives the LX250R a chassis specification clearly aimed towards motocross use rather than simply being a larger pit bike.

Higher-Spec Components
The LX250R uses a CNC-machined aluminium steering stem finished in black and a Series 7 aluminium alloy handlebar, giving the cockpit a suitably purposeful setup. Drive components have also been upgraded. Power is transferred through a 520 DID chain, with a 13-tooth aluminium front sprocket and 50-tooth aluminium rear sprocket. Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide the stopping power, paired with GG-grade brake pads. Stainless steel footpegs provide a secure platform for the rider, while the rear brake pedal, gear lever and side stand are all manufactured from aluminium alloy. A compact 6-litre motocross-style fuel tank keeps the bodywork slim around the rider, while plastic radiator covers provide protection around the cooling system. There’s no headlight or unnecessary road-style equipment fitted. Instead, the LX250R gets an hourmeter to keep track of running time and servicing. Finished with a black frame, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the LX250R brings together the strongest performance figure in this part of the range with premium components from recognised names including Bosch, KYB and DID. aluminium chassis components and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the LX300 is aimed at riders wanting the size, power and adjustability of a full-size dirt bike rather than a traditional pit-bike platform.

10TEN JHL LX300 21/18 Dirt Bike

The 10Ten JHL LX300 Dirt Bike sits at the serious end of the new 10TEN JHL range. With a 30 hp water-cooled YBS300 Pro engine, six-speed manual gearbox, full-size 21/18 wheels and multi-adjustable suspension, this is a much bigger and more capable machine than the smaller pit bikes in the line-up.

At its heart is the new YBS300 Pro water-cooled engine, producing a claimed maximum of 30 hp. It’s paired with a six-speed manual gearbox and PWK34 carburettor, giving the LX300 the power and gearing to make proper use of its full-size chassis. Electric start comes as standard, powered by a 12V 5Ah gel battery.

The LX300 is a physically bigger bike too. A 960mm seat height and 1500mm wheelbase, combined with full-size 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels, give it the proportions and riding position expected from a full-size off-road machine.

Adjustable Suspension
Suspension is one of the areas where the LX300 really steps things up. Up front are substantial 54/60mm inverted forks with 950mm length, using a single-chamber design with three-way adjustment. At the rear, an externally-reservoired shock provides dual adjustment, working through an aluminium alloy linkage system. This gives the rider considerably more scope to fine-tune the suspension than on the smaller, non-adjustable models in the 10TEN JHL range. An aluminium alloy welded swingarm further separates the LX300 from the steel swingarms used on the smaller machines.

Full-Size 21/18 Wheel Setup
The LX300 runs UNISON aluminium rims with upgraded aluminium hubs and wheel locks at both ends. They’re fitted with CORDIAL 80/100-21 front and 110/100-18 rear tyres, giving the bike the full-size wheel combination suited to rougher off-road terrain. Power is transferred through a heavy-duty 520 Choho chain, with a 13-tooth steel front and 49-tooth steel rear sprocket.

Built Around the Rider
The cockpit uses an upgraded aluminium steering stem and Series 6 aluminium alloy handlebar, while wide stainless steel footpegs provide a secure platform when riding standing up. Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes are fitted, together with GG-grade brake pads. The rear brake pedal, gear lever and side stand are all aluminium alloy, helping give the LX300 a noticeably higher-spec finish than the smaller bikes in the range. A large 9 litre fuel tank provides useful capacity for longer riding sessions, while the fitted hourmeter makes it straightforward to keep track of running time and servicing. An LED headlight and front number plate are also standard equipment, while the radiator receives its own plastic protective cover. Finished with a black frame, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, aluminium chassis components and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the LX300 is aimed at riders wanting the size, power and adjustability of a full-size dirt bike rather than a traditional pit-bike platform.

10TEN JHL MX250 21/18 Dirt Bike

The 10Ten JHL MX250 dirt bike at Quad Spares. Features a high-power 250cc engine, rugged off-road chassis & manual clutch. Fully checked and assembled! 21/18 moves into full-size dirt bike territory, combining a 22 hp YB250R engine with full-size 21/18 wheels, adjustable suspension and a larger chassis designed to give the rider more room and capability off road.

At the heart of the MX250 is the YB250R four-stroke engine, producing a claimed maximum of 22 hp and paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. Fuelling comes from a PWK32 carburettor, while both electric and kick start are fitted, giving you push-button convenience with a kick starter there as a backup.

The move to a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel setup makes a significant difference over the smaller bikes in the 10TEN JHL range. Combined with a 1395mm wheelbase and 910mm seat height, the MX250 has the proportions of a full-size off-road bike, with the larger wheels helping it roll through ruts, bumps and rougher terrain more easily.

Suspension has been specified accordingly. The front uses substantial 51/54mm inverted forks, while the rear is handled by a single shock and aluminium alloy linkage system. Unlike the suspension on some of the smaller models, the MX250’s suspension is adjustable, allowing the setup to be better suited to the rider and terrain.

The wheels use aluminium alloy rims with upgraded aluminium alloy hubs, fitted with 80/100-21 front and 110/100-18 rear Yuangxing tyres. Wheel locks are fitted as standard to help prevent the tyres moving on the rims when running lower pressures off road.

Power is transferred through a heavier-duty 520 Choho chain, with a 13-tooth steel front and 49-tooth steel rear sprocket. A steel swingarm, forged alloy steering stem and 28mm aluminium Fatbar give the MX250 a suitably substantial chassis and cockpit setup.

Stopping power comes from hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, while stainless steel footpegs provide a solid platform when riding standing up. An engine bottom protector is also fitted as standard to provide additional protection underneath the motor when riding over rough ground.

The MX250 carries a larger 9-litre fuel tank, giving it noticeably more capacity than the smaller bikes in the range. An hourmeter makes it easy to keep track of running time and service intervals, while a 7Ah gel battery supports the electric-start system.

Unlike the dedicated pit bikes, the MX250 is also equipped with an LED headlight and front number plate, adding some useful visibility when riding in lower-light conditions.

Finished with a black frame, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the MX250 is the step into a bigger, more powerful 10TEN JHL platform for riders looking for full-size wheels, more suspension capability and considerably more performance than the smaller bikes in the range.

The 10TEN JHL SX170 17/14 dirt bike is the ultimate high-performance model in the new JHL range, bringing maximum race-ready power via an upgraded 170cc engine, a 4-speed manual gearbox, and a rugged big-wheel chassis setup.

10TEN JHL SX170 19/16 Dirt Bike

The 10Ten JHL SX170 Dirt Bike steps things up with a larger wheel setup, a 5-speed manual gearbox and an 11.5 hp RE170 four-stroke engine, giving riders more room and more performance while keeping the bike manageable and easy to get on with.

The biggest change compared with the smaller bikes in the range is the move to 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels. The larger diameter wheels roll more easily across rough and uneven ground, while the 790mm seat height keeps the 10Ten JHL SX170 relatively accessible despite the bigger wheel setup.

Power comes from the RE170 four-stroke engine, matched to a PE24 carburettor and a five-speed manual transmission. The extra gear gives the rider a broader spread of ratios to work with, whether picking through slower sections or letting the bike stretch its legs across more open ground. Both electric and kick start are fitted, so there’s push-button convenience backed up by a conventional kick starter.

The chassis has also been upgraded to suit the larger wheels and increased performance. Up front, the SX170 uses 45/48mm inverted forks, while the rear runs a single shock through a steel linkage system. Both ends are non-adjustable, but the linkage arrangement gives the rear suspension a progressive action as it moves through its travel.

The 19/16 aluminium rims are paired with upgraded aluminium alloy hubs and Yuangxing 70/100-19 front and 90/100-16 rear tyres. Wheel locks are fitted as standard, helping to keep the tyres securely located on the rims when pressures are dropped for off-road riding.

Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide the stopping power, while stainless steel footpegs give the rider a solid platform when standing on the bike.

Drive to the rear wheel is handled by a 428H Choho chain, running a 14-tooth steel front and 46-tooth steel rear sprocket. A steel swingarm and forged alloy steering stem complete a straightforward chassis designed around durability and ease of maintenance.

A 6 litre fuel tank provides plenty of capacity for longer riding sessions, while the standard hourmeter makes it easy to keep track of engine hours and servicing.

Finished with a black frame, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the SX170 brings together a bigger-wheel chassis and stronger five-speed engine package for riders ready to move beyond a smaller traditional pit bike, to dominate the trails with unrivaled speed power total track control and ultimate performance.

The 10TEN JHL LK140 17/14 pit bike is the ultimate step up in the new JHL range, built around a powerful 140cc oil-cooled engine, a 4-speed manual gearbox, and larger wheels for serious off-road performance.

10TEN JHL LK140 17/14 Pit Bike

The 10Ten JHL LK140 17/14 Pit Bike takes the compact, easy-to-handle pit bike platform and gives it a useful step up in power with a Zongshen W140 four-stroke engine producing 9.5 hp.

Paired with a four-speed manual gearbox and manual clutch, the LK140 is aimed at riders who want the involvement of a proper geared pit bike and a little more performance to play with. A PE22 carburettor complements the larger engine, while both electric and kick start are fitted as standard, giving you the convenience of push-button starting with a kick starter there as a backup.

With a 1250mm wheelbase, 830mm seat height and 17-inch front / 14-inch rear wheels, the LK140 keeps the proportions of a traditional mid-size pit bike. The larger front wheel helps it roll through ruts and rougher ground, while the 14-inch rear keeps the bike compact and responsive.

Up front is a 35mm inverted fork, paired with a 340mm rear mono shock. Both are non-adjustable, keeping the suspension straightforward and easy to live with. The bike runs upgraded aluminium alloy hubs and aluminium 17/14 rims, fitted with 70/100-17 front and 90/100-14 rear Yuangxing tyres. Wheel locks are fitted at both ends to help prevent tyre movement on the rim when riding at lower pressures.

Stopping is handled by front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, while the cockpit gets an aluminium alloy handlebar, forged alloy steering stem and polished folding brake and clutch levers.

The rest of the bike has been kept practical. A steel engine protector gives the underside of the motor some extra protection, while stainless steel footpegs provide a solid platform for the rider. Drive is through a heavy-duty 428H Choho chain, with a 16-tooth steel front and 41-tooth steel rear sprocket.

A 6-litre plastic fuel tank gives the LK140 plenty of capacity for a pit bike of this size and is finished with a CNC vent valve. An hourmeter is also fitted as standard, making it much easier to keep track of running time and stay on top of servicing.

Finished with a black frame, stainless steel exhaust and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the LK140 is a simple, well-specced 140cc pit bike built around a proven Zongshen engine.

The 10TEN 300U-T3 Forest Green is a heavy-duty, T3-homologated farm utility quad bike built for demanding agricultural work. This rugged ATV features an automatic CVT transmission, heavy-duty cargo racks, a tow hitch, and a front recovery winch - making it the ideal workhorse for farms and smallholdings.

This model comes with FREE full assembly
& Pre Delivery Inspection

The 10TEN 300U-T3 is built for riders who want a capable, straightforward utility quad with the equipment needed to get some real work done.

At its heart is a 270.5cc Loncin liquid-cooled four-stroke engine, producing 17kW at 7,000rpm and 24.5Nm of torque at 5,000rpm. Electronic fuel injection, electric starting and an automatic CVT transmission make the 300U-T3 easy to operate, while shaft drive keeps the drivetrain simple and well suited to regular utility use.

It’s a substantial step up from a recreational youth quad. 24-inch tyres on 12-inch wheels, 290mm of quoted ground clearance, hydraulic disc brakes and hydraulic damping suspension give the 300U-T3 the dimensions and running gear for tackling rougher ground.

Add front and rear carrying racks, a 2,000lb winch and a manufacturer-stated 630kg maximum permissible trailer mass, and you’ve got a compact utility ATV that’s equipped for much more than riding around a field.

Loncin Liquid-Cooled Power

The 300U-T3 uses a Loncin AT1/P-3104 engine with an actual displacement of 270.5cc.

It’s a four-stroke, liquid-cooled unit producing:

17kW (approximately 23hp) at 7,000rpm

24.5Nm at 5,000rpm

With EFI, there’s no carburettor or manual fuelling adjustment to deal with during normal use. Starting is fully electric, making the quad straightforward to get going whether it’s being used for work around land, general utility duties or recreational riding.

Automatic CVT & Shaft Drive

There’s no conventional manual gearbox or clutch lever to worry about.

The automatic CVT transmission continuously adjusts its ratio as the quad is ridden, allowing the rider to concentrate on throttle, braking and positioning rather than changing gears.

Power is then transferred through a shaft-drive system, a particularly useful feature on a utility machine where durability and reduced routine drivetrain maintenance are important.

Built for Utility Work

The 300U-T3 isn’t simply fitted with utility-style bodywork – it comes with practical equipment for carrying and pulling.

There’s a front rack rated to 10kg and a larger rear rack rated to 15kg, giving useful carrying space for tools and equipment.

A 2,000lb winch is also specified, adding another useful tool when working around difficult terrain.

The manufacturer quotes a maximum permissible trailer mass of 630kg, giving the 300U-T3 genuine towing potential when appropriately equipped and operated within the vehicle’s specified limits.

24-Inch Tyres & 290mm Ground Clearance

The 300U-T3 runs 24-inch off-road tyres on 12-inch wheels.

The narrower 24×8-12 front tyres are paired with wider 24×10-12 rears, providing a proper staggered ATV setup.

Ground clearance is quoted at 290 ±15mm, giving the underside useful clearance over uneven terrain, ruts and rough tracks.

The chassis itself uses a welded double-beam frame, with a tube-and-plate rear swingarm structure.

Hydraulic Suspension & Disc Brakes

Both the front and rear suspension use hydraulic damper shock absorbers, helping control the quad across changing terrain.

Braking is handled by hydraulic disc brakes at both the front and rear, operated through a combination of hand and foot controls.

Combined with its substantial 300kg net weight, 1,230mm wheelbase and wide stance, the 300U-T3 has been designed as a proper utility ATV rather than an enlarged leisure quad.

LED Lighting & VA Instrument Display

The 300U-T3 is equipped with LED headlights and an LED taillight, providing modern, efficient lighting for lower-light conditions.

Rider information is provided through a VA instrument panel, keeping the important vehicle information clearly visible from the riding position.

A generous 14-litre fuel tank also helps make the quad practical for longer periods of use without constantly stopping to refuel.

Key Features:

The 10Ten JHL LK125 17/14 Pit Bike is a proper step up for riders ready to move onto a manual pit bike, combining a manageable 125cc four-stroke engine with a full 4-speed manual gearbox, 17/14-inch wheels and a well-proportioned chassis.

At the heart of the LK125 is the HS125 four-stroke engine, producing 7.5hp and fed by a PE19 performance carburettor. Power delivery is kept usable and predictable, making this a bike that’s easy to get to grips with while still having enough performance to keep things interesting as confidence grows.

A 4-speed manual gearbox and manual clutch give the rider full control and make the LK125 a natural progression from smaller automatic and semi-automatic bikes. There’s no need to rely solely on the kickstarter either. The LK125 comes with both electric and kick start, backed up by a 5Ah gel battery.

Built to be ridden

The 17-inch front and 14-inch rear wheel combination gives the LK125 a great balance between agility and stability. It’s still compact enough to feel like a pit bike, but the larger wheels deal with rough and uneven ground much better than the smaller wheel setups found on entry-level machines.

Up front there’s a 35mm inverted fork, paired with a 340mm rear mono shock. The suspension is deliberately straightforward and non-adjustable, giving developing riders a simple, dependable setup without unnecessary complication.

Both wheels use upgraded aluminium alloy hubs and aluminium rims, with a 70/100-17 front and wider 90/100-14 rear off-road tyre. Wheel locks are fitted at both ends to help prevent tyre movement on the rim when running over rough terrain.

Stopping power comes from hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, giving the rider much better control than the drum brake setups commonly found on smaller recreational bikes.

More than just the basics

It’s the smaller details that make the LK125 feel like a more grown-up machine.

An aluminium handlebar, forged alloy steering stem and folding polished levers give the cockpit a quality feel, while wide stainless steel footpegs provide a solid platform when riding standing up.

Underneath, a steel engine protector helps shield the bottom of the motor from knocks and debris. Drive is taken care of by a heavy-duty 428H Choho chain, running on 16-tooth front and 41-tooth rear steel sprockets.

There’s also a stainless steel exhaust, CNC fuel tank vent, aluminium gear lever and an hour meter, making it easier to keep track of running time and stay on top of servicing.

With a 830mm seat height and 1250mm wheelbase, the LK125 sits in that useful middle ground between a small junior pit bike and a larger adult machine. For a rider who’s ready for gears, a clutch and a bigger chassis, the 10TEN JHL LK125 17/14 is a great place to make that progression.

The 10TEN JHL MK125 14/12 pit bike is an intermediate 125cc manual dirt bike featuring a conventional four-speed hand clutch and 750mm seat height. Equipped with dual electric and kickstart, inverted forks, and hydraulic disc brakes.

10TEN JHL MK125 14/12 Pit Bike

The 10Ten JHL MK125 125cc Pit Bike takes the same larger chassis used by the MK110 and adds a Zongshen/BS125 engine, manual clutch and four-speed gearbox. Producing a claimed maximum of 8.5 hp, it’s designed as the next step for riders ready to move from a semi-automatic bike to a conventional manual-clutch setup.

With 14/12 wheels, a 750mm seat height and inverted front suspension, the MK125 keeps the manageable proportions of a mid-size pit bike while introducing the clutch and gear control found on the larger machines in the 10TEN JHL range.

Power comes from the Zongshen/BS125 four-stroke engine, paired with a four-speed manual transmission and PE19 carburettor. Both electric and kick start are fitted as standard, giving the convenience of push-button starting with a kick starter there as backup.

A Proper Introduction to a Manual Clutch

The biggest difference between the MK125 and MK110 is what happens at the controls.

The MK125 uses a conventional manual clutch, giving the rider full control over clutch engagement and gear changes. It’s a natural progression for someone who’s already comfortable with a semi-automatic bike and is ready to learn the clutch control they’ll use on larger dirt and pit bikes.

Polished folding brake and clutch levers are fitted as standard, while the cockpit uses a forged alloy steering stem and black steel handlebar.

Mid-Size 14/12 Chassis

The MK125 runs a 14-inch front and 12-inch rear wheel combination, with a 750mm seat height and 1130mm wheelbase.

This gives it more room and ground-covering ability than the smaller SK models without jumping straight to the considerably taller 17/14 and full-size machines.

The wheels use black steel rims with silver aluminium hubs, fitted with Yuangxing 60/100-14 front and 80/100-12 rear tyres.

Inverted Suspension

Up front, the MK125 uses substantial 43/45mm inverted forks measuring 680mm, while the rear suspension incorporates CNC components and works with a steel swingarm.

Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide the stopping power, while stainless steel footpegs give the rider a solid platform when moving around on the bike.

A steel bottom protector adds protection underneath the engine when riding over rough ground.

Drive to the rear wheel is through a 428H Choho chain, with a 16-tooth steel front and 41-tooth steel rear sprocket.

A 3.5 litre fuel tank with CNC vent valve, 5Ah gel battery and hourmeter complete a straightforward specification focused on riding and easy maintenance.

Finished with a black frame, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the MK125 combines a manageable mid-size chassis with the added involvement and control of a manual-clutch engine.

The 10TEN JHL MK110 pit bike is a mid-size 110cc semi-automatic dirt bike featuring a foot-operated four-speed gearbox with no manual clutch lever. Built on a spacious chassis with a 14/12-inch wheel configuration and a balanced 750mm seat height, it offers an excellent introduction to gear selection skills on a larger frame format. Equipped with dual electric and kickstart, a PZ19 carburettor, inverted front suspension, and hydraulic disc brakes.

10TEN JHL MK110 14/12 Pit Bike

The 10Ten JHL MK110 110cc Pit Bike takes the easy-to-use semi-automatic setup of the smaller 110 and puts it into a noticeably bigger chassis. With 14/12 wheels, a 750mm seat height, inverted front suspension and a four-speed semi-automatic gearbox, it’s designed as the next step for riders who want a larger bike without moving straight to a manual clutch.

Power comes from the HS110 four-stroke engine, producing a claimed maximum of 7 hp. A four-speed semi-automatic transmission means the rider selects gears using the foot-operated gear lever but doesn’t need to operate a manual clutch, making the MK110 a useful introduction to gear selection on a larger pit bike.

Both electric and kick start come as standard, while a PZ19 carburettor handles fuelling. The bike also gets a compact 3.5-litre fuel tank with CNC vent valve and a 5Ah gel battery.

Bigger 14/12 Chassis

The MK110 runs a 14-inch front and 12-inch rear wheel combination, giving it a significant increase in size over the smaller 10/10 and 12/10 machines.

A 750mm seat height and 1130mm wheelbase give the rider more room while still keeping the overall package compact and manageable. The larger wheels also help the bike deal with bumps and uneven ground more comfortably than the smaller-wheel models.

The wheels use tough black steel rims with silver aluminium hubs, fitted with Yuangxing 60/100-14 front and 80/100-12 rear tyres.

Upgraded Suspension

The MK110 also takes a step forward in suspension specification.

Up front are 43/45mm inverted forks measuring 680mm, giving the bike a more substantial front-end setup than the conventional telescopic suspension used on the smaller SK models.

At the rear, the suspension incorporates CNC components, working with a steel swingarm to complete the larger chassis setup.

Straightforward Semi-Automatic Performance

Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide the stopping power, while stainless steel footpegs give the rider a secure platform when riding seated or standing.

A steel engine bottom protector provides additional protection underneath the engine, while polished folding control levers add a useful touch to the cockpit.

Drive is handled by a 428H Choho chain, running a 15-tooth steel front and 41-tooth steel rear sprocket.

An hourmeter is also fitted as standard, making it easy to keep track of engine running time and routine servicing.

Finished with a black frame, black steel handlebars, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, and 10TEN + JHLOFR graphics, the MK110 combines the simplicity of a semi-automatic 110 with the extra space, larger wheels and upgraded suspension of a bigger pit-bike chassis.
